We are frequently involved in assessment of buildings for either landlord or tenant and this can be for many reasons, but the most common is for advice on Dilapidations. We have a team of dilapidation specialists.

We have ability to provide early assessment reports on likely liability and can progress to service or defence of dilapidation claims.
Schedules of condition are a staple part of our work, needed for a variety of purposes and we are skilled in this work.
Calculation of service charge elements including S20 notices are often required in the course of repair, redecoration and refurbishment of multi tenanted premises.

Dispute Resolution
We are often called upon to produce opinions and evidence in matters of dispute. We provide Expert Witness reports for legal issues and appear in Court as experts on construction and related matters. We work within the guidelines of the RICS Guidance Notes and the Civil Procedure Rules. And are members of the Expert Witness Institute.

Insurance
We have the skills to provide Fire insurance Valuations, Reinstatment Valuations  and can also use our skills to provide Insurance loss assessing.
Corporate Recovery.
We have worked on many schemes for Insolvency, Corporate Recovery and Voluntary Arrangements, providing support to Specialists in their field.
