We are not developers in our own right, but provide support services to individuals and firms involved in the development process.

• Financial institutions, banks and lenders use our services to monitor the progress of developments they have funded.
• Legislation limiting or affecting development, such as the Party Wall etc Act 1996  needs specialists to administer the Act. We have extensive experience in this work.
• Planning legislation, and particularly the Town and Country Planning Acts affect all development, and while we are not specialist in this field, we have knowledge of the working of the legislation. Conservation and Listed Building legislation is a particular area of work in which we are frequently consulted.
