This service is often required by financial institutions or individual clients to ensure that they are achieving requirements of the contract. This service would normally be specifically tailored to the individual instruction.
Employer's Representative under Design & Build Contact
This is an interface role between the client and the design and build contactor. It requires clear managerial skills to ensure that time and cost requirements are achieved and that the completed works are fit for the purpose for which the client originally intended.
Contract Evaluation
This may be required for a number of reasons. Often expert advice or comprehensive financial and technical assessments are required on construction for a variety of reasons. We have provided this service for insolvency practitioners, solicitors and building owners requiring investigation and technical information for differing reasons.
Design & Build
We are able to provide a full package with the added benefit of all the additional services we are able to offer giving much more assurance to clients that their position is fully protected with proper advice and action. Design and build contacts are generally not suitable where the contact is complex or prestigious. We also provide a separate brief preparation service for clients to enable the design and building process to proceed.
Planning Supervision
We provide a service for the fulfilment of the planning supervisor's role with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations.

We are able to set programmes of time and cost, which are achieved by constant management.
